* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Areas near White Sands National Park in Otero County, New Mexico.Otero. * WHEN...Until 745 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 550 PM MDT, A slow moving thunderstorm has produced torrential rainfall over White Sands National Park. While the storm is slowly shifting to the east, roads may still become deeply ponded or flooded over the next hour or two. Some locations that may experience flooding include...
