* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Clark County in southern Nevada... * WHEN...Until 900 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 713 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Although the heaviest rainfall has ended, additional flooding due to runoff remains possible. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Lone Mountain, Centennial Hills, Mountains Edge, Blue Diamond, Red Rock Canyon, Enterprise, Las Vegas Ballpark, Red Rock Canyon Campground, North Las Vegas Airport, Spring Mountain Ranch and The Lakes. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
