* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Douglas County in western Nevada... * WHEN...Until 545 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 241 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.7 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Gardnerville, Gardnerville Ranchos, Junction U.S 395 And NV 756, Gardnerville Ranch, Junction Nv 88 And Nv 756 and Minden. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
