* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Slow moving thunderstorms are producing enough rainfall per hour to cause minor flooding. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, in Elko County including US-93 from mile marker EL-90 to EL-130. * WHEN...Until 645 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 336 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
