* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeastern Elko County and exit 378 in Oasis. * WHEN...Until 315 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 106 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall of up to 1.5 inches due to thunderstorms just south of Oasis. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pequop Summit and Oasis. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
