* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Nevada, including the following county, Elko. * WHEN...Until 715 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying areas and creeks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 407 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rainfall of one to one and a half inches due to thunderstorms with additional rainfall amounts of up to half an inch. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lee and Lamoille Canyon. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
