What the bulletin says to do
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, in Eureka and Elko Counties along SR-278 between Garden Pass and Pine Valley. * WHEN...Until 730 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 418 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is possible or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Garden Pass. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
