Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 847 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate-to-heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
