* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, including portions of Eureka and White Pine Counties. In Eureka this includes SR-278 from Eureka to Garden Pass. * WHEN...Until 600 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 256 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eureka, Eureka Airport and Diamond Valley. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
