* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Nevada, including the following counties, in north central Nevada, Eureka. In northeast Nevada, White Pine. * WHEN...Until 945 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 644 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.3 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eureka and Pinto Summit. The stretch of Highway 50 between the city of Eureka and Pinto Summit may also be impacted. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
