* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central White Pine County in northeastern Nevada... * WHEN...Until 430 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1234 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.6 and 1.3 inches of rain have fallen. US Highway 6 and 50 near Connors Pass is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Connors Pass and Majors Place. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
