* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Highland County in south central Ohio... Central Brown County in southwestern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1030 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Georgetown, Mount Orab, Sardinia, New Market, Hamersville, Mowrystown, New Hope, Lake Waynoka, Buford, State Route 32 at US Route 68 and Danville in Highland County.
