* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Butler County in southwestern Ohio... Northeastern Hamilton County in southwestern Ohio... Western Warren County in southwestern Ohio... Northwestern Greene County in west central Ohio... Southern Miami County in west central Ohio... Montgomery County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 911 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Middletown, Beavercreek, Fairfield, Huber Heights, Mason, Troy, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Lebanon, Forest Park, Springboro, Vandalia, Sharonville, Englewood and Monroe.
