* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Madison County in central Ohio... Southeastern Champaign County in west central Ohio... Northeastern Clark County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 411 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Springfield, Northridge, Mechanicsburg, Catawba, Catawba Station, Powhattan, New Moorefield and Plumwood.
