Bulletin details

The Flood Advisory will expire at 9 AM EDT this morning for portions of north central and northeast Ohio, including the following areas, in north central Ohio, Lorain. In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga. Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
