* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Ohio, including the following counties, Defiance, Henry and Paulding. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 901 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Recent heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours will also increase the potential for minor flooding due to a greater amount of runoff from this morning's rainfall. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Defiance, Napoleon, Ney, Florida, Brunersburg, Arthur, Jewell, Ayersville, The Bend, Standley, Okolona and Mark Center. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
