* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Delaware County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 256 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Westerville, Delaware, Powell, Sunbury, Polaris, Shawnee Hills, Galena, Alum Creek State Park, Lewis Center, Interstate 71 at US Route 36/State Route 37, Stratford, Columbus Zoo, Bellepoint, State Route 257 at US Route 36 and Center Village.
