* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Franklin County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1202 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Columbus, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Hilliard, Bexley, Canal Winchester, Groveport, Ohio State University, Easton, Lake Darby, Whitehall, New Albany, Grandview Heights, Obetz, Lithopolis, Urbancrest and Valleyview.
