* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Warren County in southwestern Ohio... Northwestern Greene County in west central Ohio... Southeastern Miami County in west central Ohio... Central Montgomery County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1238 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Huber Heights, Trotwood, Miamisburg, Vandalia, Englewood, Tipp City, Moraine, Oakwood, Wright-Patterson Afb, West Carrollton, Riverside, Clayton, Union, Shiloh and Centerville.
