* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Hocking County in central Ohio... Southeastern Pickaway County in central Ohio... Northeastern Ross County in south central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1233 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Kingston, Londonderry, Mooresville and Hallsville.
