* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Licking County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 609 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Newark, Heath, Granville, Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Hanover, Marne, Harbor Hills, Thornport, Granville South, Gratiot, Interstate 70 at State Route 13, Brownsville and Toboso.
