* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Mahoning County in northeastern Ohio... Southern Portage County in northeastern Ohio... Northeastern Stark County in northeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 815 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Randolph, Atwater, Deerfield, Limaville and Berlin Center.
