Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Preble County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1105 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Eaton, Camden, New Paris, West Alexandria, Gratis, West Elkton, Lake Lakengren, Muttonville, Sugar Valley, Wheatville, Oklahoma, New Hope, West Florence, Fairhaven, Morning Sun and Hueston Woods State Park.
