Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Creek, Okmulgee and Tulsa.

Until 545 PM CDT.
IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
At 212 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Estiamtes of up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sand Springs...
