...The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Flood Advisory for the following rivers in Pennsylvania... Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County. .THe Ohio River at Pittsburgh will remain elevated tonight due to heavy rainfall. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Ohio River at Pittsburgh. * WHEN...From this evening to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the Monongahela Parking Wharf. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 8:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 18.0 feet. Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. Forecast...The river is expected remain nearly steady near 18 feet this evening, before falling to 16.6 feet early Tuesday afternoon. Action stage is 18.0 feet.
