* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Arroyo County in Puerto Rico... Guayama County in Puerto Rico... Maunabo County in Puerto Rico... Patillas County in Puerto Rico... Salinas County in Puerto Rico... San Lorenzo County in Puerto Rico... Yabucoa County in Puerto Rico... * WHEN...Until 630 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 425 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
