A line of thunderstorms, moving across the Caribbean Coastal Waters, will move inland over the southwest quadrant of PR shortly. Expect moderate to locally heavy rains affecting these municipalities. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Cabo Rojo County in Puerto Rico... At 1207 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
