* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Berkeley County in southeastern South Carolina... Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... Dorchester County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 639 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms slowly weakening over Summerville. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since 530 PM with the highest amounts occurring over the western side of the city. Minor flooding of low- lying areas is likely occurring, including some roadway flooding. At 623 PM, emergency management officials reported standing water along Knights Crossroads. Some locations that will experience flooding include... North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Ladson, Sangaree, Knightsville, Jedburg, College Park, Lincolnville and Centerville.
