* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Berkeley County in southeastern South Carolina... Dorchester County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At noon EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rainfall extending from Wilsons Landing and Eadytown south through Hussertown. As much as 1 to 2 inches of rain have fallen in this area this morning. An additional 1 to 2 inches could fall through 130 PM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cross, Eadytown, Prioleau, Cross Cross Roads, Moorefield, Black Creek, Hussertown, Sandridge, Ebenezer and Pineville.
