* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina... Colleton County in southeastern South Carolina... Dorchester County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 915 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to one-tenth of an inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Summerville, Ravenel, Cottageville, Delemar Crossroads, Jacksonboro, Gettysville, Clubhouse Crossroads, Parkers Ferry Landing, Canady Landing and Beck Landing.
