* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Colleton County in southeastern South Carolina... Dorchester County in southeastern South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1145 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1007 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rainfall extending from Canadys to Walterboro over to Round 0. As much as 2 to 3 inches of rain have fallen this morning. An additional 1 to 2 inches could fall through 1130 AM, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Walterboro, Cottageville, Round O, Canadys, Sidney, Hiotts, Lowcountry Regional Airport, Colleton Medical Center, Thayer and Rhodes Crossroads.
