* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Fairfield County in central South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 945 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winnsboro, Blackstock, White Oak, Fairfield Elementary School, Fairfield County Detention Center, Lebanon Fire Station and Winnsboro Mills. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
