* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southeastern Kershaw County in central South Carolina... Northwestern Lee County in central South Carolina... Northwestern Sumter County in central South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 850 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bishopville, Spring Hill, Antioch, Woodrow, Manville, Ashwood, Lucknow, Rembert and Boykin. This includes Interstate 20 in South Carolina between mile markers 99 and 118. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
