* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Spartanburg County in upstate South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 842 PM EDT, The stream gauge along the South Pacolet River at Campobello reported a stage of 8.5 feet. Common, nuisance flooding of low-lying areas adjacent to the S Pacolet River is beginning. Old Mill Rd is beginning to flood due to high flow and backwater effects from the adjacent tributary Motlow Creek. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
