* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...West Central Union SC County in upstate South Carolina... * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1246 AM EDT, Excessive runoff will continue across the Tyger River basin into the late night hours. Remain wary of the potential for flooding of low lying areas along the river and select tributaries such as Dutchmans and Sugar Creek. This advisory will expire on schedule. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Rose Hill State Park and Cross Keys. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
