* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northern Anderson County in east Tennessee... Southern Campbell County in east Tennessee... Northwestern Grainger County in east Tennessee... Union County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 736 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Maynardville, Rutledge, Plainview, Caryville, Rocky Top, Norris, Luttrell, Big Ridge State Park and Norris Lake. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
