Southeastern Morgan County in east Tennessee... South Central Scott County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1000 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clinton, Oliver Springs, Rocky Top, Norris, Rosedale, Disney, Petros, Coalfield, Frozen Head State Park and Norris Dam State Park. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
