* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northern Benton County in Tennessee... Northern Carroll County in Tennessee... Northeastern Dyer County in Tennessee... Northern Gibson County in Tennessee... Henry County in Tennessee... Obion County in Tennessee... Weakley County in Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 415 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 211 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Northern Benton, Northern Carroll, Northeastern Dyer, Northern Gibson, Henry, Obion and Weakley Counties. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
