* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Bledsoe County in east Tennessee... Rhea County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT /1015 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 922 PM EDT /822 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dayton, Spring City, Evensville, Stinging Fork Falls State Park, Old Washington, Piney Falls State Park, Melvine and Grandview. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
