* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Polk County in east Tennessee... * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 801 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ducktown, William L. Davenport Refuge, Archville, Turtletown, Big Frog Mountain and Copperhill. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
