Southwestern San Jacinto County in southeastern Texas... * WHEN...Until 245 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1238 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Conroe, Bellaire, Jersey Village, Willis, Hunters Creek Village, Bunker Hill Village, Piney Point Village, The Woodlands, Spring, Greater Greenspoint, Aldine, northwestern Northside / Northline, Spring Branch North, northwestern Greater Heights, Spring Valley, Spring Branch West, western Memorial Park, Addicks Park Ten and Afton Oaks / River Oaks Area. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
