* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Leon County in central Texas... East Central Robertson County in central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1230 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1034 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Camp Creek Lake, Hilltop Lakes, Normangee, Ridge and Easterly.
