* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southern Garfield County in southern Utah, including the towns of Tropic and Cannonville... * WHEN...Until 645 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 514 PM MDT, emergency management reported minor flooding in Tropic from heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 0.5 and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
