* WHAT...Dry wash and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Piute County in central Utah... Northwestern Garfield County in southern Utah... * WHEN...Until 245 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 131 PM MDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
