* WHAT...Urban area, normally dry wash, and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Kane County in southern Utah... * WHEN...Until 215 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 1210 PM MDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kanab. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
