* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Utah, including the following county, Utah. * WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 306 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Areas along the US-6 and US-89 Junction in southern Utah county.
