Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Utah, including the following county, Utah. * WHEN...Until 700 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 348 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eagle Mountain, Cedar Fort, Saratoga Springs and Fairfield.
