The Flood Advisory will expire at 145 AM EDT early this morning for portions of west central Virginia, including the following area, Alleghany VA and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Greenbrier, Monroe and Summers. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
