Bulletin details

The Flood Advisory will expire at 115 AM EDT early this morning for portions of southwest Virginia, including the following areas, Bland, Smyth and Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following area, Mercer. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
