* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Sheboygan County in east central Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 830 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... At 528 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sheboygan, Plymouth, Sheboygan Falls, Howards Grove, Oostburg, Kohler, Cedar Grove, Random Lake, Elkhart Lake, Greenbush, Cascade, Adell, Waldo, Glenbeulah, Johnsonville, Hingham, Gibbsville, Batavia and Haven. http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
